This consent is voluntary. ADDL MIMICE is entitled to process the personal data until the withdrawal of the consent.

Please be informed that you are entitled to withdraw the consent or object to processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal or submitted objection. When you withdraw the consent or submit objection, the personal data shall no longer be processed and ADDL MIMICE shall delete them permanently. Personal data related to a child below the age of 16 shall not be processed for the indicated purpose.

ADDL MIMICE shall not transfer your personal data to third parties, except when imposed by law or decisions of public authorities binding ADDL MIMICE pursuant to law. In the latter case, personal data can be made available to public authorities and shall be stored pursuant to prescribed terms.

Data subject rights

(i) Right of access: you are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and all connected information. The controller shall on your request provide a copy of your personal data undergoing processing.

(ii) Right to rectification: you are entitled to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data. You have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

(iii) Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’): you are entitled to obtain erasure of personal data without undue delay, especially where your personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or there is no legal basis for their further processing.

(iv)Right to restriction of processing: you are entitled to obtain restriction of processing of your personal data where one of the following applies:
-you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
-the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
-the controller no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by your side for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
-you have objected to processing of personal data pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override the grounds of you as data subject.

(i) Right to information: the data controller shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing carried out in accordance with previous clauses to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. On your request the controller is obliged to inform you about those recipients.

(ii) Right to data portability: you are entitled to receive your personal data, which you provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided. Where technically feasible, the personal data shall be transmitted directly from one controller to another controller.

(iii) Right to object: you are entitled to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation to processing of your personal data. This applies when the processing is based on public interest or exercise of official authority vested in the controller or based on legitimate interests of the controller, especially in case of direct marketing.

Procedure

(i) If you are willing to excise your rights you can submit a written request to ADDL MIMICE Ltd., Trg Petra Svačića 6, Zagreb, Personal Identity Number: 54517492022, as data controller, by e-mail: jolara2015@gmail.com or web site www.jolara.co.uk. Where there are reasonable doubts concerning your identity, the controller may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm your identity.

(ii) The controller shall provide information on action taken on your request without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. Information shall be provided by electronic means, unless you request otherwise. If controller does not take action on your request, the controller shall inform you without delay and the latest within one month of receiving the request of the reasons for not taking action and on your possibility on lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority, Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, and seeking a judicial remedy.

(iii) You are entitled to lodge a complaint before the supervisory authority, Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the data protection regulation.
